The Speakeasy Boys will perform at the West Virginia Wine & Arts Festival in Martinsburg, W.Va., on May 25 and at Shepherdstown Street Fest on June 28. “Roadkill,” a dance choreographed by Megan Mazarick, is a dark, comic modern dance portraying men struggling to find their identity. Chris, better know on-air as Spangles Muldoon launched Radio Nova and spent many years at Radio Caroline and Radio Luxembourg. He was involved in many radio stations over the past 40 years, including Sunshine Radio, Radio Northsea and Birmingham's Buzz FM, which he famously bought for £1.

The Love Actually director is moving away from his traditional romantic comedies to make a film about Radio Caroline, a pirate station which started being broadcast from a boat off the coast of Essex in the 60s, reports The Sun. The paper says Curtis has cast Welsh actor Rhys Ifans in the lead role of the film, currently titled The Boat That Rocked.
